Amanda Marie Rose, 29, of Sheboygan passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at her home.
Amanda was born on June 9, 1991 in Neenah a daughter to Ernest James Rose, III and Monica Veard. She attended schools in Oshkosh and graduated from Oshkosh West High School. She was employed in the optical department of Shopko in Oshkosh and then as manager at Wisconsin Vision in both Oshkosh and Sheboygan. Amanda was a very kind, giving and caring person who loved books and was an avid book reader. She also loved anime and animals.
Amanda is survived by her mother and stepfather, Monica and Lance Ford of Oshkosh; her father and his special friend, Jamie Rose and Kim of Oklahoma; her brother, Zachary Rose of Oshkosh; a niece Braelynn Rose and her paternal grandfather, Jim Rose of Oshkosh. Aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, paternal grandmother and step grandparents.
A Celebration of Life for Amanda will be held on Sunday, June 6 at the Time Community Theater, 445 N. Main St., Oshkosh from 11 am until 3 pm
Memorials in Amanda’s name can be directed to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
