Beverly A. Tews, age 79, of Manitowoc passed away Monday, March 30, 2026 in Green Bay.
Beverly was born March 11, 1947 in Valders, daughter of the late Paul and Arlene (Kudick) Gaedtke. She was a graduate of Valder’s High School with the Class of 1965. On May 18, 1968, she was united in marriage to Frederick J. Duprey.
Beverly worked at St. Mary’s Home as a dietary aide for several years and later retired from Cool City Cleaners and Pick n Save in Two Rivers.
Beverly loved having a good time with her family and friends more than anything. She enjoyed wine tasting, reading, cooking and baking, gardening, cheering on the Green Bay Packers and also the Milwaukee Brewers.
Survivors include her daughters: Marilyn Ernst (Patrick), and Michelle Taylor; sisters: Diane Bruss (Gilroy), and Rae Ann Wotruba (Randall); Grandchildren: Robert Krueger (Jacqueline), Trevor Alberts, Allen Krueger, Courtney Alberts, Callie Krueger, Christian Taylor, Abigail Ernst, Levi Taylor, and Daniel Ernst; and 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by two step-sons: Andrew Tews (Cheryl), Ed Tews (Jean), and stepdaughter: Pam LaRocca (Dan). Beverly was preceded in death by her parents Paul & Arlene Gaedtke, her husband Frederick Duprey and her second husband, Harold Tews.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2026 at the Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers. Burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the services at 4:00 p.m.
