Candy Marie (Rex) Vallejo, 53, sadly left this earth on Saturday, April 15, 2023.
Candy was born on July 14, 1969, in Waukesha to Robert and Carol (Schlieve) Rex. Candy married Charlie Vallejo, whom she loved spending time and fishing together. Candy enjoyed dancing, singing, being with family, watching American idol and game shows, playing cards especially cribbage, and she had a love for animals. She also enjoyed attending NA and AA meetings, and was proud of being clean and living life.
Candy is survived by her husband: Charlie; daughter: Sara Ryniecki; son: Nate Vacek; mother: Carol Rex; step children: Dana Lopez, Cory Vallejo, and Charlee Vallejo; brother: James (Elaine) Rex, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive. Preceded in death by her father: Robert Rex.
A Celebration of Life to honor Candy’s life will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Community Life Church, 633 S. 20th St., Manitowoc.
