Charmaine M. Swartz

Charmaine M. Swartz, age 60, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Hamilton Health Services in Manitowoc.

Charmaine was born on August 8, 1965 to the late Kenneth and Dee (Slowik) Zepnick. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed watching movies, singing, and riding bikes. She loved to swim, once earning a gold medal in swimming class. She also loved animals and critters. Charmaine loved helping people learn and spent time teaching at a school for the blind in Janesville. She was a sweet person with a heart of gold and always had a smile on her face.

Charmaine is survived by her two sons: Tex Westfall and LeRoy Swartz; grandchildren: Ivana, Nailea, and Paul Westfall; and brothers and sisters: Kenneth Zepnick Jr., Carol Muehlbauer, Steve Zepnick, and Joyce Ann Zepnick; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends further survive. She is preceded in death by her daughter: Lov Swartz; and parents: Kenneth and Dee Zepnick.

The family would like to thank several of Charmaine’s good friends whose help was much appreciated: Jackie Grimm, Terry Sleger, Samantha Taddy, Tina Minkel, and Phillip Swartz.

They would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Aurora BayCare Oncology, Hamilton Home, and Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for their compassionate end-of-life care towards Charmaine.

A small celebration of life will take place on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Mueller Manor in the community room, 3215 Mishicot Rd, Two Rivers, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.
