Clarice A. Snyder

Clarice A. Snyder, age 65, a lifelong Two Rivers resident, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice of Wauwatosa.

She was born June 22, 1956 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Paul and Alice Mae (Ruelle) Posvic. Clarice attended Washington High School, graduating with the class of 1975. On August 25, 1984, she married Stanley B. Snyder Jr. at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Clarice was employed at EVM of Two Rivers and was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed dancing as well as cooking and baking, especially with her mom. Clarice loved camping with her family and drives up to Door County. She especially enjoyed fall and watching the leaves change colors. Above all, Clarice was a loving wife and mother and will be deeply missed by her family.

Survivors include her husband: Stanley Snyder Jr.; two sons: Eddie Snyder, Madison, and Tim Snyder, Milwaukee; six brothers: Robert (Roberta) Posvic, Manitowoc, Eugene (Sue) Posvic, Arizona, Donnie (Lois) Posvic, Two Rivers, Jim (Pam) Posvic, Manitowoc, Tom Posvic, Manitowoc, and Paul “Butch”(Kathy) Posvic, Two Rivers; two sisters-in-law: Nancy Schroeder, Manitowoc, and Margaret Snyder, Honolulu, Hawaii; and her granddog: Lady. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Alice Mae Posvic.

Cremation has occurred at the All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Klein and Stangel Funeral Home, 1420 22nd Street, Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be Deacon Paul Gleichner. Clarice will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers, at a later date. The family will greet relatives and friends from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Klein and Stangel Funeral Home.
