Obituary
Dennis M. Jagodzinsky, age 79 of Manitowoc, died Thursday morning February 16, 2023 at Froedtert-Holy Family Memorial Medical Center in Manitowoc.
Dennis was born on May 10, 1943 in Manitowoc, son of the late Henry and LaVerne (Hawkins) Jagodzinsky. He grew up in Manitowoc and was a 1961 graduate of St. Nazianz Prep High School. Dennis was a United States Army Veteran serving from May 31, 1963 until his Honorable Discharge on May 27, 1966. Dennis owned and operated a GE Appliance Store in Clarks Mills for many years. He was a lifetime member Amvets Post #99 of Manitowoc.
Survivors include his three children; five grandchildren; three sisters and one brother-in-law: Sandy (Nasser) Shayesteh, Sunnyvale, CA, Debbie Decker, Manitowoc, Gail Weston, Manitowoc; one sister-in-law: Darlene Jagodzinsky, Manitowoc, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents; Henry and LaVerne Jagodzinsky; step-mother: Lydia Jagodinsky; one sister: Sherrill Walker; two brothers: LeRoy Jagodzinsky, David Jagodzinsky; one brother-in-law: John “Johnny” Decker.
It was Dennis’s wish to be cremated with no formal services. His cremated remains will be entombed at Calvary Mausoleum. The Lakeshore Family Funeral Homes, Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, Manitowoc location is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
