Diane F. Otto

Diane F. Otto, age 75, a Manitowoc resident, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at her home.

She was born June 20, 1946 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, daughter of the late William and Eva (Krizizke) Rosinsky. On October 23, 1982, Diane married Roy Otto in Valders, Wisconsin. She was employed with Foley Manufacturing until her retirement in 2009. Diane enjoyed playing bingo, and especially loved spending time with her grandnieces Leyla and Lark.

Diane is survived by her husband: Roy Otto, Manitowoc; two sisters: Carol Schulz, Two Rivers, and Nancy Jacobson, Manitowoc; step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews: Erik and Amber Jacobson, Bill and Troy Schulz; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband: Harold Miller Jr.; and brother-in-law: Warren Schulz.

Cremation has occurred at the All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, and per Diane’s wishes, no services will be held. Diane will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
