Donald R. Massey

Two Rivers, Wisconsin - Donald R. Massey died peacefully August 7, holding the hand of his wife, Helen. They celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary in June, and his 92nd birthday in July.

Don lives on in the hearts and memories of his wife Helen, his children Daniel, Michele (Ed) Schrader, Mark, Pat (Mike) Wiegert, Stephen (Mary), Veronica (Rick) Armstrong, Laura (Mark) Morrow, Susan (Gary) Nickel, Paul (Tanya), Zilton (Angelica) Neves, his brothers Russell (Darleen) and David (Karen), many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He also had many "adopted" children and close family friends.

Please join us for Don's celebration of life on Saturday, August 21 at St. Peter the Fisherman in Two Rivers. The family will greet guests from 9:30 with the service starting at 11:00. Comfortable attire, especially orange or plaid shirts, is encouraged.

Special thanks to Meadow View Assisted Living for putting up with Don's antics, and to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for their guidance and care.

As he requested, Don's earthly remains have been donated to the UW Body Donor Program.
