Donald "Don" Leo Antoniewicz Sr.

Donald “Don” Leo Antoniewicz, Sr., 88, Random Lake, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at his residence.

Don was born on May 13, 1934 in Antigo to Leo and Helen (Noskowiak) Antoniewicz.  He attended Antigo schools. In August of 2006, he married the former Darlene Toepfer. Over the years, Don was a machinist for Milwaukee Valve. Don enjoyed fishing, hunting, going on pontoon rides and traveling. He and Darlene were snowbirds to FL for the winter months.

Don is survived by his wife: Darlene; children: Roni Foster, and Donald Antoniewicz, Jr.; grandchildren: Nicole, Heather, Donny III, April, Amber, and Justin; great grandchildren; brothers: Bob “Yogi” (Leah) Antoniewicz, and Gene (Karen) Antoniewicz; sisters-in-law: Dorothy Antoniewicz, and Ruthie and her sons, Dennis and Jeff. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Don was preceded in death by his parents: Leo and Helen Antoniewicz; daughter: Sharon Gonia; granddaughter: Neela; and three brothers: Chet, Walter, and Ben.

A funeral service to celebrate Don’s life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Wittkopp Funeral Home, 123 South Street. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm.  Entombment will take place at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Milwaukee.
