Donna L. (Harlow) Potrykus

Donna L. Potrykus, age 83, formerly of Two Rivers passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025 after a short illness at Edgewater Haven, Wisconsin Rapids.

Donna was born December 22, 1941 in Des Moines, IA, daughter of the late Joseph W. Harlow, Jr. and Lillian (Barker) Harlow.  She was a graduate of Des Moines Technical High School with the Class of 1960.

Donna was a structural steel detailer.  She was an avid amateur writer and a longtime member of Mensa International. 

Donna enjoyed ballroom dancing, bird watching and owl artwork.

Survivors include one daughter Kimberly Kooker, one son Brian Kooker, one grandson Travis, and two great grandchildren, and her longtime friend and dance partner Dale Chapman; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Donna was preceded in death by her parents Joseph & Lillian Harlow, her husband Robert Potrykus and three brothers Karl, Gary and Eric Harlow.

Donna asked to be cremated and her ashes be spread on the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina.  There will be no gathering or celebration of life planned.

In lieu of flowers, donations should be directed to the Manitowoc County Historical Society.
