Dorothy M. Kutz

MANITOWOC - Dorothy Margaret Kutz (nee Schneider) died peacefully on June 25,2025, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin at the age of 90. She was born in August 1934, from parents Helena and Arno Schneider. She resided in Newton Wisconsin and married Norman Joseph Kutz. Norman and Dorothy moved to a home in Newtonburg, Wisconsin. She and Norman had four children:
Lawrence Jon Kutz, Dennis James Kutz, Christine Maria Kutz (Van Dornick), and Jerold Frank Kutz. Norman and Dorothy moved to Chino Valley Arizona upon retirement. Upon Norman’s death
in August 2005, Dorothy moved back to Valders, Wisconsin and then back to Manitowoc. As years went on, she moved to assisted living at Felician Village. She enjoyed walking, gardening, reading, and going to chapel. She participated in many group events at Felician Village.The family owes special thanks and much gratitude to Dorothy’s sister, Betty (Elizabeth) Wallendar and her husband Donald who attended to her needs as caregivers. Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Norman J Kutz, and her son Lawrence Jon Kutz, and sisters and brothers. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the study of Alzheimer’s and Dementia disease.
A memorial service is planned for a later date.
