Eric A. Rylander

Eric A. Rylander, age 71, of Two Rivers, passed away February 14, 2025 at his residence.

Eric was born December 29, 1953, in Milwaukee, son of the late Roderick and Ardyce Jean (Anderson) Rylander.  He was a graduate of Hamilton High School and attended U.W. Milwaukee.

Eric enjoyed the outdoors and listening to public radio.  He loved spending time in his backyard contemplating the world.  Eric told many stories about enjoying time on the family farm when he was young.

Survivors include his children:  Thomas (Brenda) Rylander, Madison; Ingrid (Shad) Hintz, Mishicot; Kelsey (Jon) Maertz, Whitelaw; Steven (Maddie) Rylander, Minneapolis, MN; he was blessed with wonderful grandchildren:  Juniper & Basil Rylander; Anna Hintz; Desmond, Bergen, Hollis & Milo Maertz; and grandchild number 8 on the way; one sister:  Karen (Gary) Lake; one niece:  Allison (Kyle Steinkamp) Lake; his ex-wife:  Ellen Rylander; and many cousins.  Eric was preceded in death by his parents, grandmother Josephine Anderson, brother Jon, niece Jessica, aunts and uncles, and cousins Anita and Brian Anderson.
