Gary Grall Obituary

Gary E. Grall age 80, of Whitelaw died unexpectedly on Monday, July 18, 2022 at Aurora Medical Center of Manitowoc County.

Gary was born on June 10, 1942 in the town of Cato, son of the late Alfred and Marcella (Tuschel) Grall. He graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic Grade School in Clarks Mills and attended Valders High School. On November 10, 1962 Gary was married to the former Marlene M. Haas at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kellnersville. He worked as a cement finisher for various construction companies retiring in 2005. After retirement Gary worked for the Equity Livestock in Reedsville and also raised beef cattle with his good friend Bernie Wallander. Gary loved farming and enjoyed all family activities. He was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Whitelaw and the WI Mason & Bricklayers Union.

He is survived by his wife: Marlene Grall, Whitelaw; their three children: Todd (Cheryl) Grall, Whitelaw, Tracie (Bill) Jaeger, Reedsville, Tara (Steve) Taddy, Reedsville; ten grandchildren: Amber (Aaron) Fredrick, Tyler Grall and his fiancée Abbey Hannan, Conner Grall and her fiancé Trevor Mack, Addison Grall, Justine (Phil) Goldbeck, Jenna Jaeger and her fiancé Vince Denor, Jaimie Jaeger and her special friend Jeremiah Dietrich, Kaitlin Taddy and her special friend Jared Petska, Ryan Taddy and his special friend Jessica Leonardson, Garrett Taddy; five great-grandchildren: Cole, Camden and Kenlee Goldbeck, Parker Mack, Crewe Fredrick; one sister and brother-in-law: Kay (Greg) Braun, Reedsville; three brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law: Marvin (Joanie) Haas, Reedsville, Dale Haas (Jason Gagnon), San Diego, CA, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Alfred and Marcella Grall; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Joseph and Evelyn Haas; one sister-in-law: Maxine Haas.

Private family memorial service was held at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home in Kellnersville. Deacon Randy Meidl officiated with burial of his cremated remains at St. Michael Cemetery, Whitelaw. The Lakeshore Family Funeral Homes, Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Kellnersville location is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
