Gerry Patrick LaPlante

Gerry Patrick LaPLante (Pat) age 67 a Manitowoc resident, passed away Friday April 11th 2025 at the Aurora Bay Hospital in Green Bay Wisconsin.

   He was born on August 12, 1957 in Gouverneur, New York son of the late Francis P LaPLante Sr. and Leona G (Peck) LaPLante. Pat was a graduate of Harrisville High School in New York and a Veteran of the United States Air Force. On October 8, 1988 her married Judith A. Jerabek at the court house in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Pat loved the outdoors, hunting, golfing, and going to the shooting range. He especially loved playing golf with his brothers Frank and Bob. Pat was an Avid gun collector and he loved cats. He also enjoyed playing Pinochle, Crazy eights and Poker with his family. Pat always looked forward to his sister and family visiting from New York.

 Survivors include his wife Judith (Judy) LaPLante, a step daughter, Lora Jerabek Meissner, a grandson Devin, 2 granddaughters Hailey and Addison and a great granddaughter Peyton all of Manitowoc and a sister Bonnie (LaPLante) Norton, New York , and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Francis (Frank) LaPLante Jr, Robert (Bob) LaPLante and his niece Linn (LaPLante) Coutermarsh.

As per Pat’s wishes there will be no funeral or memorial services.
