James Joseph Revolinsky Sr.

James J. Revolinsky Sr., age 85, of Manitowoc, passed away Thursday morning, August 12, 2021 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center in Manitowoc with his loving family at his side.

Jim was born on January 6, 1936 in Manitowoc, son of the late Anton and Ludmilla (Burich) Revolinsky. He attended local area schools and graduated with the class of 1955 from Manitowoc Lincoln High School. On April 7, 1956 Jim married the former Janice M. VanderSande at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Manitowoc. He worked for Manitowoc Engineering for 42 years and retired as a supervisor. Jim and Janice enjoyed fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and walking his dogs. He was a member of St. Francis of Assis Parish on Marshall and the Lakeshore Snowmobile Club.

Survivors include his wife: Janice Revolinsky, Manitowoc; three children and their spouses: James (Paula) Revolinsky Jr., Manitowoc, Ellen (David) Luckow, Manitowoc, Daniel (Pamela) Revolinsky, Canyon Lake, TX; eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law: Marlene Revolinsky, Whitelaw, Patricia Hicks, Pensacola, FL, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Anton and Ludmilla Revolinsky; twin brother: Anthony Revolinsky; parents-in-law: Andrew (Genevieve) VanderSande; one brother-in-law: Marvin Hicks.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 818 State Street, Manitowoc. Deacon Alan Boeldt will officiate. Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery at a later date. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM.
