Joanne (Klingeisen) Rohr

Joanne Helen Rohr, 81, of Two Rivers passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024 at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers.

Joanne was born on April 20, 1943 in Manitowoc to August and Alma (Schnettler) Klingeisen. On June 29, 1963, she married Stanley Rohr, he preceded her in death on September 16, 2010. Over the years she was a custodian for Holy Family Hospital and then operated her own housekeeping business.

Joanne is survived by two daughters: Amy Rohr, and Erika Rohr; two sons: Terry Rohr, and Tim Rohr; special grandchildren: Shane Rohr, Cassandra (Daniel) Besaw, Justin Rohr, Kristin Rohr, Terry “TJ” Rohr, Jr., Autumn R. Suchocki, , Akeisha B. Rohr, Caden Rohr, Khalen JS Post, Isaiah Rohr, Deizal M.D Pritzl, Elayna Rohr, and Karysn Rohr; great-grandchildren: Isabella Besaw, Elijah Besaw, Gerald Besaw, Landen Besaw, Nylana Besaw, Trent Rohr, Violet Rohr, Carter Rohr, and Conner Rohr, and several other great-grandchildren; and special friend: Clarence Yelvington Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents: husband: Stanley Rohr; brothers and sisters: Norman, Francis, Donald, Mike, and Ronnie; and sisters-in-law: Caroline and Angeline.

A memorial service to celebrate Joanne’s life will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 2:00 pm at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, with Rev. Dave Pleier officiating. Burial of cremains will be at Calvary Cemetery in Manitowoc.
