Judith "Judy" H. Emond

Judith H. Emond, age 83, of Manitowoc, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers.

Judy was born on September 30, 1941 to the late Irene Baumann. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School. On May 16, 1964 she married Wesley Emond. He preceded her in death on January 25, 2020. Over the years she worked at Mirro Company in data entry until the time of her retirement. Judy was a dog lover and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and crossword puzzles.

Judy is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law: Kristin (Brian) Risch, Manitowoc, and Amy (Doug) Frede, Mequon; four grandchildren: Brady Risch, Benjamin Risch, Bryce (Allie Loewe) Risch, and Marie Frede; two great-grandchildren: Bella Eve Risch and Robert Brose Risch; brothers and sisters: Tony (Pat) Baumann, Manitowoc, Karen Burkart, Cedarburg, Patty (Jim) Wilda, Grand Blanc, MI, Laura Krcma, Manitowoc, and Sue (Dennis) Zucchi, Manitowoc; two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law: Jim (Linda) Emond, Two Rivers and Dan O’Connor, Two Rivers. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Judy is preceded in death by her husband: Wesley Emond; mother: Irene Baumann; parents-in-law: Everett and Elsie Emond; one brother: Tom Baumann; two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law: Sharon O’Connor, Doug and Shirley Emond, and Dave Krcma; and niece: Wendy Dowler.

Cremation has taken place, and a private family celebration will be held at a later date.
