Kenneth "Kenny" Ruggirello Obituary

Kenneth Roy Ruggirello (Kenny) 43, but always ‘8’ passed peacefully on July 12th, 2025, at the Sharon Richardson Hospice Community in Sheboygan Falls.  He was in control of his final journey and did it his way.

Kenny was born in Duluth, Minnesota, on November 21, 1981.  He was lovingly adopted in April,1984. He lived a very happy, full and active life in his too short 43 years.  He attended Riverview School and graduated from Lincoln High School in 2003.  Ken loved music and was fortunate to audit Jazz Band at LHS.

Kenny had many joys in life…. especially car rides looking for John Deere tractors and horses.  During the summer, he was ever present at Music in the Park on Tuesday evenings. He also enjoyed listening to music from The Wharf while sitting across the river by the museum.  Watching Lawrence Welk on Saturday evenings, especially hearing the “Beer Barrel Polka”, was one of the highlights of Kenny’s week.  Country music was his go-to choice especially Garth Brooks, John Denver, Dolly Parton, Reba and oh so many others.  Looking through magazines for pictures of ‘Babes’ and listening to stories read to him always was a joy to him.

Life was an adventure enjoying the simple things and wonders of life.  Kenny spread love and joy to all that knew him. His zest for life was undeniable and it inspired the best in others.
