Kevin A. “Otis” Van De Loo, age 63 of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023, at his residence.

Kevin was born on April 1, 1960, in Sheboygan, son of the late Francis and Lorraine (Meyer) Van De Loo. He attended schools in Sheboygan, graduating with the class of 1978 from Sheboygan North High School. Kevin then served in the United States Navy until his Honorable Discharge.

He is survived by one son, three brothers and four sisters.
