Larry J. Riebe

Larry J. Riebe, age 75 of Manitowoc, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026 at his residence.

Larry was born on March 18, 1950, in Manitowoc, son of the late Dell and Sophie (Tadych) Riebe. Larry was a truck driver for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, trout fishing and gardening.  

He is survived by three children: Shawn Riebe, Manitowoc, Nicole (Dennis) Posen, Manitowoc, Rebecca Riebe, Manitowoc; three grandchildren: Tyler Lemke and his fiancée Marcie Green, Manitowoc, Sophi Riebe, Manitowoc, Isabella Rappel, Manitowoc; four great-grandchildren: Kaden Ness, Manitowoc, Wylder Lemke, Manitowoc, Trystan and Kenai Riebe, Manitowoc; one sister: Lynne Karnitz, Manitowoc; one brother: Kenneth Riebe, Manitowoc; mother of his children: Debra McKay, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Dell and Sophie Riebe; one son: Andrew Riebe; three sisters and four brothers: June Boswell, Joann Kennedy, Sister Francette Riebe, Donald Riebe, Dell Riebe, Curt Riebe, Paul Riebe.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 South 14th Street, Manitowoc. Deacon Al Boeldt will officiate. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. Burial of his cremated remains will take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
