Mary A. Gehrke age 73, of Two Rivers, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay.
Mary was born on November 4, 1952 in Manitowoc, a daughter of the late Robert and Deloris (Posvic) Ruelle. She was a graduate of Mishicot High School with the class of 1972. On August 11, 1973, Mary was united in marriage to Gregory F. Gehrke Sr. He preceded her in death on July 17, 2024.
Mary enjoyed playing dart ball, sheepshead and bowling. She also loved spending time with family and friends.
Mary worked at Lakeside Foods Inc. for 30 years until her retirement in 2017.
Survivors include her three children: Greg Gehrke Jr. (Buddy and Lisa), Tina (Kevin) Minkel, and Matthew (Rebecca) Gehrke, all of Two Rivers; four brothers: Harold (Kathy) Ruelle, Wayne and special friend Rosemary, Kenny and special friend, and Daniel Ruelle; two sisters-in-law: Cheryl and special friend, Marcia and special friend; one brother-in-law: Frank Jr. and special friend; six grandchildren: James (Danielle), Dulton, Austin, Jaydence, and Maverick; four great-grandchildren: Christopher, Mason, Zoey, and Zyliss. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband; sister-in-law: Michelle, along with twin brother Gary; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Nancy and Frank Sr.
Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Klein and Stangel Funeral Home, 1420 22nd Street, Two Rivers. Burial will take place at Knollwood Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 14 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon.
