Michael E. Eisner

Michael E. Eisner, age 68, of Manitowoc passed peacefully surrounded by his wife and children Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Center in Manitowoc.

Mike was born on September 22, 1956, in Manitowoc a son of the late Vernon and Marceedas (Wagner) Eisner. He grew up in rural Manitowoc and was a 1975 graduate of Valder’s High School. On, November 6, 1976, Mike was married to Lora L. Bender at St. Isadore Catholic Church in Osmond. He worked for Eck Industries for 36 years and was known as Putzsky.

Mike was a member of the Wisconsin Game Breeders Association, Manitowoc Poultry Club, and the Wisconsin State Poultry Club.

He will be remembered for his knowledge and love of animals. He was a supporter of 4-H and youth. He passed his knowledge and love of animals to his children. And never said no when the children asked for an animal (even if it was a goat).

Michael is survived by his wife: Lora Eisner, Manitowoc; their five children: Curtis (Alisha) Eisner, Shoto, Scott Eisner, Manitowoc, Joseph Eisner, KY, Katie (Ryan) Keller, Manitowoc, Cassandra (Kyle) Stegemann, Manitowoc; eight grandchildren: Clay (Maria), Mason, Eliza, Madison (Keller), Bailey (Keller), Dalton, Braxton, Remi; three step-grandchildren: Benjamin, Rebekah, Isabella; four siblings: Andrew Eisner( Special Friend Karolyn Schultz), Christine (Dan) Zamzow, George (Cheryl) Nechodomu, Cathleen (Dennis) Luckow; mother-in-law: Cordelia Bender; one brother-in-law: Phil Flores; one sister-in-law: Patricia Papez; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Vernon and Marceedas Eisner; one daughter: Jennifer Eisner; father-in-law: Ralph Bender; one sister-in-law: Linda Flores; one brother-in-law: Francis Bender. Two nephews: David Flores, Brian Strauss.

A memorial visitation will occur on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home from

3:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Cremation has occurred at the All Care Cremation Center.
