Ned W. Kochorosky, 87, formerly of Manitowoc and a current resident of rural Dunbar,, Marinette County, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Manitowoc.
Ned was born on November 23, 1938 in Two Rivers. A son of the late Frank and Caroline (Reis) Kochorosky. He grew up in Two Rivers and was a 1956 graduate of Washington High School in Two Rivers. Ned graduated with an Associate’s degree in Marketing from Lakeshore Technical College. Following high school he started his employment with Rahr Multing Company and then became and employee Red Arrow Products, where he retired in 2003 after 45 years as their purchasing manager. On September 10, 1960, Ned was married to Patricia “Pat” Jaeger, at St. Luke Catholic Church in Two Rivers. Following his retirement, the couple moved to Lindquist Lake in rural Dunbar. They enjoyed traveling to all 50 states, deer hunting, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling and making firewood.
Ned is survived by his wife: Pat Kochorosky, Dunbar; one son and daughter-in-law: Shane (Lynn) Kochorosky, Manitowoc; one daughter: Kris Remiker, Sturgeon Bay; four grandchildren: Hunter Kochorosky (fiancé Kylie Robley), Samantha Kochorosky, Matt (Jenny) Remiker, and Tony Remiker (fiancé Kelsey); seven great-grandchildren: Lily, Grace, Jackson, Carter, Makenna, Landyn, and Ryder; one great-grandchild due in November; three nieces, other relatives and friends survive. Ned was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Caroline Kochorosky; one brother and sister-in-law: John (Delores) Kochorosky; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Edward (Grace) Jaeger.
Cremation is taking place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
