Pamela Carlson Obituary

Pamela A. Carlson, age 63, of Mishicot, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at Complete Care in Manitowoc.

Pam was born April 9, 1963 in Green Bay daughter of Mary Marx and the late Jerry Hendricks. She served in the United States Air Force for 22 years and retired in 2003 as a Master Sergeant. During her time in the service she completed a BS degree from Troy State University in 1997 and later MS from Silver Lake college in 2014. She was employed by the Department of Corrections for seven years until her retirement. On April 8, 2005 she married Kurt Carlson in Manitowoc. He preceded her in death March 30, 2026.

Pam enjoyed spending her days riding her Harley. She was a member of the Combat Vet Motorcycle Association along with her late husband. She was a member of the American Legion Post 165. She was involved with many veteran related activities. Pam was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She spent a lot of time with the children in the church.

Pam is survived by two sons: Travis Toberman, FL and Scott Toberman, TN; four grandchildren: Alana, Ava, Truman, and Hadley; four step children: Tim (Regina) Carlson, Aubrey (Jonathan Rodas) Carlson, Rachael Carlson, and Hannah (Ryan) Campion. Six step grandchildren: Bauer, Cadance, Bryce, Bayleigh, Allie, and Jonovan. ; mother: Mary Van Os, Manitowoc; two sisters and one brother: Laurie (Gary) Lindow, Kohler, Duane (Cathy) Hendricks, Manitowoc, and Joanne (Don) Graff, Two Rivers; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. She is preceded in death by her father: Jerry Hendricks; stepmother: Loreen Hendricks; husband: Kurt Carlson; granddaughter: Holly Toberman.

A celebration of Pam’s life will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 11:00 am at The Lakeshore Life Celebration Center, 3613 Waldo Blvd. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of services at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at the VA Cemetery in King, Wisconsin.
