Patricia (Pat) M. Konop, age 91, of Manitowoc passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Whitetail Estates, Manitowoc.
Patricia was born May 9, 1935 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Ervin and Kathryn (Novak) Wilda. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School with the Class of 1953. Patricia was united in marriage to James Konop on May 14, 1960. He preceded her in death on February 14, 2022.
Patricia worked for the Wisconsin Telephone Company as an operator, Rahr Brewing and Malting as a secretary, JC Penny as a clerk, and she worked the courtesy counter at Green Tree (known as Rob’s Market today) where she retired from in 2000.
Patricia enjoyed bowling, watching the Green Bay Packers and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her three children Lee Konop, Richard (Laura) Konop, and Connie Konop. Four grandchildren: Robin Konop, Brittany (Kyle) Sabelko, Preston Konop, and Alexandra Konop; two great-grandchildern: Briella and Myles Sabelko; one sister Nancy McDonnell. Nieces, nephews, other relative and friends also survive.
In addition to her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Ervin & Kathryn Wilda, brother and sister-in-law Leroy and Jean Wilda, and brother-in-law Jim McDonnell.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2026 at Calvary Chapel Mausoleum, located at 2601 South 14th Street, Manitowoc, WI.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the mausoleum from 10:00 a.m. Monday until the time of the services at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia’s name to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, W2850 WI-28, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085.
