Paul E. Bernsdorf

Paul E. Bernsdorf, age 88, of Kewaunee, died on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Brillion West Haven. Born December 15, 1936, in Chicago, IL., to the late Paul and Adele Bernsdorf; Paul grew up in Gleason, WI on the family farm. He had many jobs from truck driving, bus driving, steeple jack and found his lifetime job as a nuclear operator at the Kewaunee nuclear plant. Wood working and paragliding were his hobbies in his later years. 

Married to Maxine in ’61 and lived with his daughter, Mikki and 2 sons, Mike and Mark in Kewaunee, spending free time camping and fishing.

Paul is survived by Maxine, daughter, Mikki and son Mike, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, his sisters, Caroline Krautkramaer of Mosinee, Louise Lau of Gleason, his brother, Robert Bernsdorf of Minnesota.  Preceded in death by brother, Richard and son, Mark.

We would like to thank the staff of Brillion West Haven Assisted Living and St. Croix Hospice for their care of Paul.

Per Paul’s wishes there will be no funeral services.
