Robin Raye Blackwell, 64, of Sturgeon Bay passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay.
Robin was born on August 23, 1961 in Fort Worth, TX to Richard Blackwell and Oddie (Burke) Plemons. She was a graduate of Lamar High School in Arlington, TX. Robin was a team leader at Kwik Trip, where she worked for over 20 years. She cherished spending time with family and friends, enjoyed bowling, and was a Christmas enthusiast. She loved winter, collecting snowman, baking, and sharing her baked goods with family and friends.
Robin is survived by her daughters: Rosanna Gutierrez and Paige Weygandt; husband: Carlos Gutierrez; sister: Lindy Blackwell; step-father: Melvin Plemons; special friend and companion: Kraig Free; and special niece: Tanya Zich. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Robin was preceded in death by her dad: Richard Blackwell; mom: Oddie Plemons; and brother: Clarence Charles Blackwell.
A life celebration to honor Robin’s life will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 S. 14th Street, from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm.
