Russell Wallander Obituary

Russell G. Wallander, age 59, of the Town of Cato passed away on December 8, 2023 at his residence.

Russell was born November 23, 1964, son of the late Michael and Pauline (Zipperer) Wallander. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Brennan Trucking and R&J Transport. Russ enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping.

Survivors include his two children: Mitchell Wallander, Molly Wallander (fiancé Austin); his siblings: Richard, Michael (Bonnie), Randy, Judy (Dave) Wagner, Jean (Mark) Salm, Rosie (Mike) Carignan, Mary, Wayne (Leslie), Leon (Linda), Ronnie, Daniel (Laura), and Martin; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Russell was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Pauline Wallander, and one brother Harold Wallander.
