Sandra M. Adelman

Sandra M. Adelman, age 85, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at Cherry Meadows in Appleton.

Sandra was born on February 13, 1940 in Manitowoc, to the late Alvin and Gertrude (Anhalt) Adelman. Sandra attended St. Andrew Grade School and graduated from Manitowoc Lincoln High School. She then furthered her education, earning a bachelor’s degree at UW Whitewater followed by a master’s degree at University of North Dakota. Sandy dedicated her life to teaching, retiring from Roncalli High School.

Sandra is survived by her sisters and brothers: Patricia (George) Luebke, George (Ann) Adelman; and Connie (Gregg) Hetue; sister-in-law: Laurie Adelman; and brother-in-law: Dennis Scherer. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents: Alvin and Gertrude Adelman; sister and brother: Mary Scherer and Joe Adelman; and niece: Gretchen Adelman.

In memory of Sandy, donations can be made to Roncalli High School, 2000 Mirro Drive, Manitowoc.

A private family service was held. Sandra will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery.
