Theo Lynne Hoffman, age 76, of Two Rivers passed away Thursday May 14, 2026 in Two Rivers.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Grace Congregational United Church of Christ. Burial of her remains will take place in New Jersey at a later date.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the church frun 9:00 a.m. until the time of the services at 10:00 a.m.
