Thomas G. Kuether

Thomas  (Tom) G. Kuether, 71 of Sheboygan passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay following a brief illness.

Tom was born on May 11, 1954 in Sheboygan a son to the late Gilbert and Berna (Klein) Kuether.  He attended schools in Sheboygan and graduated from Sheboygan South High School.  On June 16, 1979 he was united in marriage to Sandra Schintgen .  Together they enjoyed vacationing many times in Door County. Tom was employed with various businesses prior to his retirement from Bemis after 20 years working in the warehouse.

Every Saturday Tom would go to Manitowoc to visit with his special friend Wayne Schmitz and the rest of the gang. He was an avid car enthusiast especially NASCAR and stock car races, many times working in the pits at the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds.  His favorite drink of choice  was a “Busch Latte” which he greatly enjoyed.

Tom is survived by his wife, Sandra; his daughter, Teresa (Todd) Schmitz of Sheboygan; his son, Torey (RayeAnn) Kuether of Marinette; six grandchildren, Charlie (Crystal) Cooperman, Cory Cooperman, Kayla Justus, Caleb Falash, Cyle (Fiancée Danica) Kuether and Mackenzie (Bay) Wimmer; four great grandchildren, Gaige, Asher, William and Baylor; three sisters, Vicki Navis of Oostburg, Karen Harmelink of Sheboygan and Patti (Scott) Kohlhagen of Sheboygan.  Nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends further survive. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Jan Harmelink.

Cremation is to take place with a Celebration of Life to take place at a later date.

Toms’ family would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay for their comfort and support.
