Thomas E. Reif

Thomas E. Reif, age 67 of rural Manitowoc, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023 at his residence.

Thomas was born on February 4, 1956 in Manitowoc, son of the late Edwin M. and Mary Jane (Newman) Reif. He graduated with the class of 1975 from Mishicot High School. He also attended 2 ½ years at Lakeshore Technical College studying Machine Tools. Thomas farmed in the Town of Kossuth. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church of Francis Creek. In his free time, he enjoyed watching the Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers.

Survivors include three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Lynn (Jerry) Mathews, Kansas City, MO, Donna (Michael) Komoroski, Two Rivers, Gail Reif, Manitowoc, ten nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Edwin and Mary Jane Reif; one brother and sister-in-law: Lloyd (Karen) Reif; one nephew: Kevin Komoroski.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023 at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Christin Raj. Entombment will follow at the Knollwood Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth. The family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Friday from 9:30 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM.
