Thomas "Tom" E. Garrigan

Thomas “Tom” Garrigan, age 60 of Manitowoc, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024, at the Samaritan Home of Manitowoc, surrounded by his loving family.

Tom was born on January 14, 1964, in Manitowoc, son of the late Richard and Elaine (Bonk) Garrigan Sr. He attended Riverview School and worked for the Holiday House for several years before his retirement. Tom loved music and dancing, watching movies, shopping, bowling, and going to McDonalds.

Survivors include his six siblings: Bruce Garrigan, Green Bay, Gary (Diane) Garrigan, Sheboygan, Nancy (John) Zabel, Three Lakes, Gail (Dennis) Cox, Fountain Valley, CA, Mary Ellen (Bill) Luedtke, Manitowoc, and Cheryl (Pat) Nooker, Green Bay; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Richard and Elaine Garrigan Sr.; an infant brother: Robert Garrigan; one brother: Richard Garrigan Jr.; and one sister and brother-in-law: Deborah (Jeff) Stein.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM (Noon) Friday February 9, 2024, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 S. 14th St, Manitowoc. The Rev. Matt Colle will officiate with burial to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM (Noon).
