Virginia Ruth Strope Posny of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, formerly of Two Rivers, died peacefully on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. She was 100 years old. She was the wife of the late Louis J. In August 2020, at the age of 99, the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point awarded her the Associate’s Degree she’d completed but never received 80 years prior.
