William Jacquart Obituary

William James Jacquart, age 47, of Manitowoc passed away Friday, November 11, 2022, at his residence.

Billy was born on November 13, 1974, in Two Rivers, son of Melody Jacquart and the late Chuck Willman. Billy, as everyone knows him, had so many friends. His friends and family know that Billy suffered a disease all of his life. You were there for him as he had always returned the favor. He fought hard through this disease.

Billy was proud of his associates degree in arts. He grew up liking motorcycles, loved skateboarding, and tried his hand at snowboarding. Billy was a real daredevil on his bike when he was young. He even dared his mom on a skateboard at his 8th grade graduation party. Mom fell off and rolled down the street, he laughed so hard. Billy loved camping and frisbee golfing with his friends.

Billy was loved by all and will be deeply missed.

Preceding him in death was his birth father: Chuck Willman. Survived by his parents: Melody and David Flinn; his siblings include Jessica Mueller (Chevalier), Amanda Mae Reno, Lisa LuAnn Jacquart; all of Manitowoc; his step siblings: Jaylene Flinn and Matt Fleischmann, Two Rivers, Jamie Flinn, Jennifer and Brent Anderson, all of Manitowoc; Justin and Stacy Flinn, TN, Alanna Dent and fiancé Chris Heimes, Manitowoc. Billy had other siblings adopted out. Best friends that were always there for him and grateful they were there are Kurt Selke and Scotty Seal.

A life celebration social will be held at the Pfeffer Funeral Home on Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 12:00 pm (Noon) until 2:00 pm.
