Yvonne M. Brilliant, age 88, of Manitowoc passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026 in Manitowoc.
Yvonne was born May 12, 1937 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Arthur and Lucy (Dugre) Brilliant. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School with the Class of 1955.
Yvonne’s work as a secretary for 28 years was rewarding and enjoyable. She took pride in advancing her employers’ agenda by providing this very important work in the Chicago area and the City of Milwaukee.
Yvonne’s true passion in her spare time was being an amateur painter and artist producing many fine oil paintings which she lovingly shared with those around her.
Yvonne had one son, Todd Egeler. She is survived by her sister, Pricilla Schroeder of De Pere, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur & Lucy Brilliant, her sisters Betty Esser, Carol Andrews and brother Art (Bud) Brilliant.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand (1416 Grand Ave., Manitowoc). Officiating the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Doug Le Captain. There will be NO visitation prior to services. Burial will take place following services at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The Lakeshore Family Funeral Homes, Pfeffer Funeral Home location, is assisting the Brilliant family with arrangements.
